**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Communication Trainer to join our team and contribute to the professional development of our employees. As a Communication Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating communication training programs that enhance the verbal and non-verbal communication skills of our workforce. Your role will be pivotal in promoting effective communication across all levels of the organization and empowering our employees to excel in their roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop comprehensive communication training programs tailored to the specific needs of different departments and employee levels.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to help improve their pronunciation, diction, and overall speech clarity. Focus on neutralizing accents while preserving individual identities and stress to improve speech patterns.
- Adapt training content to address specific language challenges faced by participants.
- Measure the impact of communication training through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions. Continuously monitor the progress of participants and adjust training approaches as needed.
- Partner with employees to develop actionable communication improvement plans and support them in achieving their communication goals.
- Collaborate with HR and management to align training with organizational goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Training, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, with a focus on pronunciation and accent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage learners effectively.
- Previous experience in voice and accent training or related field preferred.
- Ability to deliver training in a simple and easy-to-understand language. And flexibility to adapt training methods based on participants' needs.
- Organizational skills to manage training schedules and participant records.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training-related software.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CTDP) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Training: 2 years (preferred)
