compliance and registration.

PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR FOOD PRODUCTS

Prepare the SOI (statement of ingredients) document for submission in the product

Six-Monthly FG CoS’s Submissions:
Submit six-monthly Finished Goods CoS’s reports on the official FSSAI portal for the

following companies:
(a)Crius Life Sciences.

(b)Syskem

(c)Origin Nutra

(d)Chinnikem

Annual Return Submissions:
File Annual Returns on the FSSAI portal for the following companies:
(a)Crius Life Sciences.

(b)Syskem

(c)Origin Nutra

(d)Chinnikem

6.Draft Text Matter (DTM) Preparation:
Crius Group of Companies, Mohali

Prepare DTM documents for both new and revised products for regulatory and labeling

compliance.

7.Artwork Review:
Review product artworks and labels to ensure compliance with FSSAI labeling

guidelines and drug regulatory guidelines.

Raw Material Code Creation:
Generate and manage raw material (RM) codes in the ERP system.

9.Bill of Materials (BOM) Creation:
Create and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system for all product formulations.
