Should have business development experience Responsibilities and Duties Connect with dealers, create a good rapport Should be ready to give exceptional customer service Visit dealers frequently, get orders and payments Check out the scope for new dealer initiation by checking whereabouts of the dealers Should be keen on scanning market, understanding what is needed, and work accordingly Should be able to maintain data on dealer purchase habits (admin team will also support) Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications = > Any qualification with good communication and connecting skills = > Should have good knowledge about selling and promoting = > Should know to smoothly negotiate and convince people = > Should be willing to travel extensively to frequently meet all dealers = > Should be able to handle the business of a whole territory and take care of all customers. = > Should be a quick learner & should adapt to the situations well.
