**Job Description**:
**- Minimum 5+ years experience of Business analysis (requirements gathering and validation, specification development, data analysis, test design and execution) using structured methods or a recognized methodology**

**- 5+ years experience with full Systems Development Lifecycle, SQL Skills**

**- 5+ years of Financial markets product knowledge (Equities and Equities Derivatives) which includes knowledge of front-to-back trade flows processing and broad range of investment banking products and trade lifecycles**

**- Detailed knowledge of a broad range of investment banking products and trade lifecycles.**

**- Quick learner; strong in analysing and problem-solving skills and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.**

**- Experience in preparing Functional Specification documents, Test Plans, etc.**

**- Strong understanding of data relationships.**

**- Exposure to conducting impact assessments and gap analysis, data mappings.**

**- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation such as Functional Specs, Data Flow Diagrams, Presentations and Spreadsheets is needed.**

**- Should be skilled in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), running quality SQLs. Working knowledge around the tools like MSSQL, Toad, will be an added advantage.**

**- Excellent in communication and effectively with Business & IT development teams
**Primary Skills**:
**- Experience of working with the Compliance/Risk function within an Investment Bank**

**- Ability to work closely with technical teams to find both technical and procedural solutions**

**- Ability to manage daily tasks independently**

**- Strong communications.**

**- Background in project management would be considered a plus**

**- Must be individually should be creative in approach to problems and issue; assertive and proactive "**
