Pestosys LLP, a leading Mfg. of Pest Control and Agriculture Products, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, engaging with customers, and providing valuable assistance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Pestosys LLP products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Provide information about our Pest Control and Agriculture Products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English languages.
- Previous experience in telecalling, preferably in the agriculture or pest control industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with agriculture products and pest control methods is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in telecalling Preferred.
- Experience in the agriculture or pest control industry is highly preferred.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
