Must To Have Skills: Hands-on Experience in Singleview. Good To Have Skills: Experience in Business Support Systems (BSS), Java Full Stack Development, and Angular, microservices and SQL. Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Design, develop, and maintain Singleview. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, finance, and customer support, to understand billing requirements. Design the architecture of wrappers or APIs around Singleview, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and security. Define system integration points and data flows between billing and other enterprise systems. Analyze billing data and transactions to identify discrepancies or anomalies. Generate and review billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Oversee day-to-day operations of the billing department. Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing transactions. Develop and execute test plans for Singleview and systems. Identify and report software defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues. Administer and maintain Singleview and related databases. Manage user access, permissions, and configurations within Singleview. Define and prioritize features and improvements for Singleview. Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with market needs. Provide support to customers with billing-related inquiries. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.
