- Maintain an accurate inventory of telecom services
- Maintain documentation, monitor, and resolve telecommunication billing inquiries, disputes, and connection issues related to billing.
- Produce cost savings through audit and optimization strategies
- Invoice and inventory management, contract management, AP/GL process
- Reporting and business intelligence related to spend / trends
- Experience with telecom contracts and invoices
- Fixed carrier management and escalation of billing issues, credits, past due, etc.
- Must have general knowledge of fixed telecom services and concepts on cloud billing services.
- Understanding of invoice, allocation, chargeback, and organizational hierarchy in relation to accounting practices.
- Ability to escalate effectively both billing and technical issues and manage vendors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all external and internal partners.
- Understanding of Telecom domain functionality, and core concepts. Such as Subscriber life cycle, Offers, SIMs, MSISDNs, CDRs, Rating, Billing etc.
- Understanding of core architecture patterns - synchronous calls vs asynchronous calls, queues, file exchanges, database replication etc.
- Good communication skills. Should be able to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders from other teams and business.
