**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze customer water treatment needs to recommend appropriate chemical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company guidelines.
- Manage existing customer accounts, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations, including engineers, plant managers, and purchasing personnel.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the water treatment chemical field.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential customers and promote the company's products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Other science or engineering degrees considered with relevant experience.
- Proven track record of sales success in the water treatment chemical industry or a related field. Minimum [Number] years of experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹10,048.30 - ₹31,863.64 per month
