Networking QA Expert

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Have Good Networking domain knowledge on Ethernet switching, Layer2 Protocols, Layer3 Protocols, Data Centre Technologies, and Network Operating Systems
- Should have high skill, experience and expertise on L2 Protocols (e.g. Link Aggregation, MCLAG, MSTP, PVST, VxLAN, VLAN, LLDP etc.) and L3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, Multicast, ARP, VRRP, VxLAN, MPLS etc.)
- Good hands on software development experience, deep understanding of formal QA tools, methodology/processes and deep experience with network protocol testing
- Should have excellent English communication skills, proven leadership skills
- Experience designing and developing large scale qualification efforts for switches and/or network controllers.
- Advanced leadership skills, including coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in working across geographies with good relationship management skills to achieve desired results
- Using testing tools and software packages to automate test processes.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ECE or equivalent.
- Minimum 10-15 years of related work experience.
- Product Validation and Technical Management Experience in networking products
- Demonstrates strong networking domain knowledge.
- Designs and executes test plans for Aruba CX product features and solutions
- Collaborates closely with senior QA and development engineers.
