Position: IT Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals.
- Promote the employer brand and communicate company values and opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand IT job requirements.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and provide feedback for enhancement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience as an IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Effective interviewing and evaluation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
