**About Client: -** Our Client is an Indian multinational paint company, based in Kolkata. This company has 16 manufacturing units in India, 2 in Nepal, 1 each in Poland and Russia. It has manufacturing units at Howrah and Rishra, Arinso, Taloja, Naltoli, Goa, Devla, Hindupur, Jejuri, Jammu, Puducherry and Udyognagar. The company has presence in five countries India, Russia, Poland, Nepal and Bangladesh. It has an employee strength of over 3,600 and a countrywide distribution network of more than 25,000 dealers.

**Job Description -**
1. **Sales**: Achieve value sales of the assigned store(s).
2. **Demand Generation Activities**: Working with the Influencers to generate demand for the brand
3. **Store Upkeep**: Maintaining store hygiene, stock management, etc.
4. **Project/ Institutional Sales**: Working on projects/ institutions in the assigned geography and generating sales by converting sites **Salary Component**: Net Take Home: 15K-20K (Negotiable)+MWA 3500/-+ Lucrative Performance driven Incentives
**Experience -** Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants). However, fresh talents or from insurance or banking sector will also do.
