**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily supply chain operations including procurement, order fulfillment, and dispatch tracking
- Coordinate with local farmers, vendors, and logistics partners — Kannada language proficiency is essential for smooth communication
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock audits
- Support data entry and reporting on supply chain KPIs
- Help in resolving logistics or delivery-related issues in real-time
- Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods from farm to customer

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Supply Chain, Agriculture, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication skills — fluency in **Kannada English Hindi** is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
- Ready to commit full energy and time to the role — we expect **100% dedication**:
