**Job Title**: Retail Billing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer billing using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure accuracy in generating bills and invoices.
- Manage cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
- Address customer queries and resolve billing issues.
- Balance cash registers and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and returns as per store policies.
- Maintain records of sales, receipts, and returns.
- Adhere to billing regulations and security standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma (Commerce background preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in retail billing or cashiering.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in POS systems, billing software, and Excel.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in billing and transaction processing.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Honest and reliable with cash handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Organized with good time management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
