Rama Krishna Ceramics Pvt Ltd is a leading retailer specializing in tiles, bath fittings, and related accessories. We are known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We need a Billing Executive to join our team. This person will be responsible for creating bills, processing payments, and handling customer transactions.
As a Billing Executive, your job is to create bills and process payments for customers. You will also keep track of transactions and make sure the billing process runs smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Creating Bills**: Generate bills for customers based on their purchases.
- **Processing Payments**: Accept payments from customers and record them accurately.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep track of all billing records, including bills and receipts.
- **Customer Communication**: Answer questions from customers about their bills and payments.
- **Coordinating with Other Departments**: Work with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure accurate billing.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
- **Compliance**: Follow company policies and legal requirements for billing and payments.
- **Software Proficiency**: Knowledge and experience with Tally/Marg software for billing and accounting is required.
**What We Need from You**:
- Must have completed at least 12th grade
- 1-3 years of experience in billing or accounting, with a focus on Tally/Marg software.
- Basic computer skills, especially with billing software or Excel.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Attention to detail is needed to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.
