**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze property data for feasibility
- Negotiate purchase agreements and manage due diligence processes
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and legal requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and local authorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisitions with strategic goals
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for decision-making

**What We’re Looking For**
- Expertise in land acquisition, land conversion, mutation, 7/12, pre
- and post-sales documentation
- In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations, legal documentation, and approvals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
