**Position**: Advocate

**Practice Area**: SARFAESI Act, Recovery of Money Matters (Banking & Financial Institutions)

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent and handle legal proceedings under the **SARFAESI Act, 2002**, and other recovery laws concerning banks and financial institutions.
- Appear before the **District Magistrate Office, Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, and Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)** for banking recovery matters.
- Assist in the execution of **SARFAESI proceedings, including possession of assets and auction formalities** as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate with bank officials, court authorities, and other stakeholders for effective litigation management.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records while ensuring **timely online filing of cases and compliance with procedural laws**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Law graduate (LL.B.)** with a minimum of **1 year of experience** in litigation.
- Prior experience in **handling SARFAESI Act cases and banking recovery matters** will be preferred.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online case filing systems**.
- Strong **drafting, legal research, and analytical skills**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Advocates with hands-on experience in **SARFAESI proceedings, DRT cases, and recovery suits**.
- Professionals who are tech-savvy and comfortable with **digital documentation and e-filing systems**.
