Jisora is a growing fashion brand, known for its stylish and comfortable clothing. We believe in delivering not only trendy outfits but also an exceptional customer experience. To enhance our customer service, we are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Female) who can assist our customers with queries, orders, and post-sales support.

**Role Overview**

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for Jisora’s customers. You will be the voice of our brand, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**

✔ Order Management: Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
✔ Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
✔ Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups for unresolved queries and provide updates to customers.
✔ Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
✔ Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service (fashion or e-commerce preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English)
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Passion for fashion and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
