**Job description**
- **Job Title: QA/QC Food Technologist - Sweet Department(Milk base sweet, Khoya base Sweet, Ghee base Sweet, Dryfruit base sweet)**

**Location**: Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat.
**Department**: Quality Assurance/Quality Control

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure the safety, quality, and consistency of sweet products throughout the manufacturing process.
- **Product Testing**: Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of test results, inspections, and quality audits. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and enhance product quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in food safety legislation and best practices.
- **Training**: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
- **Problem Solving**: Investigate quality issues and non-conformities, determining root causes and implementing effective corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and product specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance or quality control within a sweet manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and GMP standards.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and quality control techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO, HACCP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience with sensory evaluation techniques and statistical process control.
