**Objectives of the job**

To contact existing prospects through telephone and provide them the details of insurance products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz India and its respective dealership. Understand the needs of customers and provide the information related to his car insurance renewal.

**Qualification**

**o Basics**:Graduate must

**o Experience (type of)**:1-2 years experience in Motor insurance as an insurance executive (ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MUST)

Experience from HONDA, SKODA, RENAULT, or any other premium brand will be preferred.

**o Specialized Knowledge**:Communication skills, Fluency in English, basic telephone etiquette, team player, ability to work in a dynamic situation, sensitivity to customer needs, customer-centric attitude, ability to grasp basic product knowledge, and capability to address basic queries about the product/scheme/activities.

**Job Designation/Field of Work**:
**1** Vehicle Assurance
- Issuing of vehicle ICN (Insurance Cover Note) for all locations
- ICN submission to Accounts (New-car Insurance & renewal cases) for cheque preparation on the same day
- Cheque submission to Insurance company as per timelines mentioned in the SOPs
- Creating customer-specific Insurance Renewal Quotations
- Provision of all required documents related to car Insurance renewals to the Insurance Company
- Collection of Insurance documents to be taken at the time of service by work-shop

**2 **Communication & Relationship Building**
- Explanation of Policies to the customers for Insurance renewals and resolving their queries/complaints
- Calling prospects for insurance renewals and follow-up for closure
- Follow up and coordinate with the Insurance companies for the Policies/ Endorsements
- Co-ordinate with Ins. representative for collecting Ins. Cheques of SA Renewals only.

**3. **Documentation**
- Maintain Insurance MIS report for new insurance on a daily basis
- Record of cheques of New Car Insurance issued to Accounts
- Report of Policies collected in the month
- Commission Report
- Other data as mentioned in MIS format
- Updating E-Dealer 8.1
- Maintain & file all Cover-note Copies and their receipts
- Maintain Ins. Renewal Report (SA, Non-SA & Workshop Penetration, Lost cases, Target Report)

Joining As early as possible.
