About the role

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize website content, ensuring it is SEO-friendly and up to date.
- Monitor and report on performance of digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct keyword research, market trends analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing strategies.
- Maintain and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Analyze Google Analytics and other digital data sources to gain insights and improve strategy.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role (1-3 years for junior to mid-level).
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads and/or Analytics certification.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
