**Job Title**: Social Media Executive

**Position Overview**
- We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to develop and implement our social media strategy, increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to client platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice & marketing goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics; iterate strategies based on insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and manage online community interactions.
- Stay updated on platform trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams for cohesive messaging.
- Assist with paid social campaigns and basic budget management.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic graphic/video skills (Canva/Adobe Suite) are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
