We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team at leading real estate firm in Nashik. The role involves coordinating between different departments preparing business reports, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and deals.

Key Responsibilities

Use & follow systems.

Coordinate and track daily activities across departments.

Maintain records of customer’s tasks.

Prepare reports.

Follow up with internal & external team & venders & clients.

Ensure all processes are followed as per company policy.

Communicate updates to relevant teams and ensure timelines are met.

Support in preparing documentation.

Ensure payments are made

Highlight any issues, improvements and feedback related to process

Key Skills & Qualifications

A professional attitude when dealing with clients and office staff.

Good communication skills (spoken & written).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.

Quick learner.

Strong interpersonal coordination and follow up skills.

Qualifications.

Strong command on Marathi and Hindi language is preferred. English is also preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
