Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Make targeted outbound calls to MDs, CEOs and other key-decision makers in organizations to introduce and discuss our CSR proposals.

Proposal Presentation:
Effectively present the company's CSR initiatives, highlighting the benefits of collaboration and the positive impact it can have on the community and the company's brand image.

Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate leaders to encourage long-term relationships.

Follow-up:
Regularly follow up with prospects to answer questions, provide additional information and address any concerns they may have.

CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential corporate partners and understand their CSR priorities and areas of interest.

Feedback gathering:
Collect feedback from prospects to help refine our CSR proposals and approach.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, proposal discussions and potential leads.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, communication or any related field.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in telecalling, sales or business development preferably in CSR or non-profit sector. Freshers can also apply.

Communication skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills required.

Interpersonal skills:
Should have good relationship-building skills and have ability to engage with senior-level executives.

Negotiation skills:
Ability to negotiate and persuade potential partners to support and invest in our CSR initiatives.

Time Management:
Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.

Passion for CSR:
A genuine interest in social causes and a passion to drive positive change through corporate partnerships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
