**Job Category: Service Support Executive**
- Search Site electrician via internet resources like Google, Justdial, OlX, etc.
- Assign the site to respective Service Engineers/electricians to resolve the technical issue.
- Log these calls in the system and follow up with the assigned engineer/electrician to check the calls have been resolved and close the calls in the system.
- Coordinate with the Support team to dispatch of material against AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), warranty & FOC.
- Assisting the support team in purchasing service-related materials.
- Assist in maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data. Generate CRM reports.
- Maintain date-to-day report of engineer/electrician posted at various sites.
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Maintain good relationships with clients to keep a customer base.
- Work on the Alert system and assign the high priority alerts to the Site Electrician
Coordinate with the Support team to dispatch of material against AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), warranty & FOC

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
