**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, tracking, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and client meetings.
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- **Database and Record Management**:

- Maintain and update the customer database and sales records accurately.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses for management review.
- Ensure all sales-related documents are properly filed and organized.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Coordinate and communicate sales strategies, promotions, and offers to the team and customers.
- Facilitate communication within the team and with other departments to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, meetings, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment related to the sales department.
- **Sales Strategies and Planning**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor sales targets and provide feedback to the sales manager and team.
- Help identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
