**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Inside Sales Executive (Female)** to join our team. You will be responsible for managing existing clients and converting new leads (from IndiaMART and other platforms) into successful sales. This role involves daily interaction with customers, quotation sharing, follow-ups, and coordination for smooth delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with **existing customers** and **new leads** from IndiaMART, website, and referrals.
- **Pitch products**, send quotations, and handle negotiations.
- **Follow up** with clients to convert leads and **close deals**.
- **Maintain records** using MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the **logistics team** to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure **customer satisfaction**.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent **communication skills** (Hindi & English).
- Basic knowledge of **computers**, **MS Excel**, and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in **sales or customer handling** will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
