**Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients regarding domain registration, renewals, and services.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable domain names and hosting plans tailored to their needs.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Educate clients about domain-related products, services, and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to address complex customer queries.

**Qualifications:

- **
- Proven experience in a customer service or tele sales role (preferably in IT or domain services).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of website domains, hosting, and related services is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Give a calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Deliver scripted presentations and answer questions about our offerings.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services.
- Maintain records of calls, including customer information and call notes.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

** Any Graduate (B.Tech background will be Preferred)**
** Knowledge in Website selling will be a good fit**

**Preferred Skills:

- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
