**Location**: Building, 6th Floor, Shyam Market, Matrimonial Service Provider, 174, Chittaranjan Ave, Kolkata,

**Experience**:Minimum 1 to 2 years In tele calling ( not for Fresher)**

**Language Proficiency**:Fluent in only Hindi and English**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with call details and follow-up information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
- Assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints.
- Promote and sell products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role for a minimum of 1 to 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle rejection.
- High level of patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
