**Job Title**: International Chat Support Executive
**Location**: Bahadurpally, Hyderabad
**Qualification**: Undergraduate (Minimum)
**Age Limit**: Up to 32 Years
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts (Must be comfortable with 24/7 work environment)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Week Offs)
**Transportation**: 2-Way Cab Facility Available
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**Interview Mode**: Face-to-Face (No Virtual Rounds)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to international customers through chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective resolution of queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work efficiently across shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer handling abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Immediate availability to join the organization.

**Note**: Only face-to-face interviews will be conducted. No virtual rounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
