Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
Operate CNC machines, edge banding machines, panel saws, drilling machines, and other modular furniture equipment.
Ensure smooth functioning of machinery with mínimal downtime.
2. Supervision:
Oversee production processes and ensure work is carried out as per the project specifications and timelines.
Manage and guide a team of workers to maintain productivity and quality.
3. Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
4. Maintenance:
Perform routine checks and maintenance of machinery to avoid breakdowns.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing.
5. Reporting:
Maintain accurate production records and report to higher management.
Provide regular updates on production targets and team performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in operating modular furniture machinery or supervising production in the modular furniture industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in handling modular furniture production machinery (CNC, edge banding, etc.).
Leadership: Strong team management and coordination skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high-quality standards in production.
Education: Diploma/ITI certification in mechanical, production, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
