**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Furniture Supervisor role located in Noida for House Of Albero LLP. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring that team members are meeting goals, staying on task, and maintaining productivity. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, handling any conflicts that arise, and providing support and mentorship to team members as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, and timeline.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess spaces and gather necessary information.
- Develop design concepts and mood boards that align with client preferences.
- Create detailed floor plans, and design presentations.
- Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and color schemes.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining team goals and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
