**About the role**:
The Associate Instructional Designer - Teacher Training is responsible for designing & delivering training programs to school educators on Values, Life-Skills & Social Emotional Learning

The work involves understanding the needs of clients, researching, and designing short to medium-term training programs.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
1. Training Design and Delivery:
a. Design and deliver training programs/sessions for new & seasoned educators on values, life skills & SEL as per Val-Ed Model.

2. Educator Monitoring, Mentoring & Management

a. Support in building teacher need and competency assessment tests/tools.

b. Support in monitoring the educator sessions through the designed class observation model.

c. Support Educators across schools in real-time on issues related to delivery, student, and learning-oriented challenges as and when they arise.

**Desired skills, experience, and qualifications**:
1. Graduate with a degree/diploma in “education”

2. Prior experience of 1+ years in designing, developing and deliveringtrainings to both children and adults in educational institutions in at least one of the following:
a. Values education

b. Life skills education

c. General well-being

d. Social-emotional learning

3. Ability to train both in online and offline mediums.

4. High level of written & spoken proficiency in English.

5. Proficiency in video and audio tools (Zoom, Meet, Microsoft Teams, Kahoot etc), G-suite tools (google sheets, forms, etc.), MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt, etc).

6. Knowledge of digital collaborative tools and willingness to explore to ease the workflow.

**Working Clauses**

1. This is a Full Time Job.

2. The incumbent will be offered Performance Based Pay

3. Will have to sign a binding legal contract with Val-Ed Initiatives regarding confidentiality of content, pedagogy, client, length of service, post-exit clause etc.

**Salary**: ₹10,027.96 - ₹38,430.94 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
