Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential job seekers interested in overseas employment.
2. Sales and Consultation:Call job seekers to understand their career goals, skills, and preferences.
3. Provide information and advice on available overseas job opportunities.
5. Handle inquiries, explain the placement process, and address concerns.
Verify documentation, including passports, visas, and other necessary paperwork.
Conduct interviews and assessments to determine language proficiency, if required.
7. Matchmaking and Placement:Collaborate with international employers to understand their staffing needs.
8. Coordinate interviews and selection processes with overseas employers.
10. Documentation and Compliance:Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met for overseas placements.
12. Stay updated on immigration laws and visa regulations in various countries.

Sales Targets:
1. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on regular basis
2. Continuously build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
3. Networking and Industry Knowledge:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
