**Job Title: Telecaller - Sales (Luxury Interiors)**

**Location: Chennai**

**Job Summary**:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Tele-caller - Sales**
- Verifying all the leads given by the marketing team on an everyday basis
- Assign the verified leads to the Business Managers
- Ensure the assigned leads are followed up by the Business Managers for sale closures
- Get a regular update from the Business Managers on the leads assigned to achieve a monthly sale target of 1Cr by each Business Manager.
- Ensure to keep the lead sheet up to date on an everyday basis and submit a report to the reporting manager daily
- Knowing all the details of the service offerings to clarify the client queries
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details of the leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve clients
- ⁠Identify client needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects
- ⁠Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings with business managers and designers
- ⁠Addressing each client with the utmost respect, regardless of their tone or answer from other side
- ⁠Keep record of every client interaction and sales activity
- Understanding clients’ requirements by asking questions and qualifying them
- Keep increasing the qualification % by readdressing every unanswered lead
- Keeping the client database maintained and updated
- ⁠Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances
- Facilitating companies’ sales goal by going the extra mile
- Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information
- It is the responsibility of the Telli-caller to actively follow up with customers after the verification of leads, ensuring clear communication and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of interior design services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
