We are looking for an experienced **Inventory and Godown Supervisor** to join our team at a leading HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Chiller equipment dealership.

Experience **:5 to 7 Years**

Age Limit **:35 to 50**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the HVAC dealership godown, ensuring proper storage, handling, and organization of HVAC units, chillers, spare parts, and related equipment.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming products and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain detailed inventory records of all HVAC and chiller products, including spare parts, tools, and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking when necessary to avoid shortages.
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of heavy HVAC equipment and components.
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of products and materials to customers or service teams.
- Perform regular stock audits and address discrepancies promptly.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in inventory management or godown supervision, preferably in HVAC, chillers, or related industries.
- Experience with warehouse management and inventory control systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with HVAC product specifications and requirements will be a plus.
