**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit videos for various media channels, ensuring top-notch quality and storytelling.
- Work with producers, directors, and other team members to create impactful video content.
- Utilize Final Cut Pro for video editing, Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, and Adobe Photoshop for graphic design.
- Maintain a consistent style and format aligned with our brand and values.
- Manage and organize media assets and projects effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new editing technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop**.
- **Experience in Christian media** is essential.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing skills.
- Proven ability to tell compelling stories through video.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
