We are seeking a skilled Cameraman who can deliver and contribute to various video projects. For the current role, the cameraman must be able to shoot videos according to each and every project's requirement. Additional knowledge of video editing is also appreciable.

A KRA (Key Result Area) for a cameraman typically includes the following core responsibilities:
**Camera Operation**:

- Set up and operate cameras for live events, shoots, and productions.
- Ensure all necessary camera equipment (lenses, tripods, lighting, etc.) is functioning correctly.
- Adjust camera angles, framing, and focus according to the director's specifications

**Visual Composition**:

- Ensure shots are visually appealing and meet the production's creative requirements.
- Maintain proper lighting and camera settings for the desired effect (e.g., exposure, color balance).

**Collaboration with Crew**:

- Work closely with the project coordinators and the production head to align on the desired look and feel.
- Communicate effectively with team members, especially under time constraints or during live events.

**Adherence to Production Schedule**:

- Ensure timely setup and teardown of equipment.
- Meet filming deadlines and adjust quickly to last-minute changes or unexpected circumstances.

**Maintenance and Care of Equipment**:

- Regularly inspect and maintain cameras and accessories to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with the equipment as they arise.

**Creative Input**:

- Provide creative insights to the team regarding shot composition, camera movements, and overall visual style.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure safe handling of equipment to avoid accidents or damages.
- Follow health and safety guidelines on set to prevent any hazards.

**Post-Production Collaboration**:

- Work with editors and post-production teams to ensure the footage is up to standard and meets the project’s needs.

**Quality Control**:

- Regularly review footage to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality, making necessary adjustments during the shoot.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest camera technologies, techniques, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
