**Key Responsibilities**
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and ensure maximum visibility.
- Collect and verify documents required for onboarding and visa processing.
- Provide regular updates to senior recruiters on the status of open positions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-2 years in recruitment or HR roles (Freshers with internship experience in HR/recruitment are encouraged to apply).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Foundit) and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to assist in bulk recruitment drives and work in a team-oriented environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Interest or basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

Pay: ₹11,533.63 - ₹21,995.87 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
