Urgent opening for Electrical QC Inspector /Engineer for KSA location

Duration of this job : 15-18 Months

Qualification :Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Engineering / High school diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Communication Engineering

Salary :Depend Upon Interview

CERTIFICATIONS**:Saudi Aramco/ Qatar Gas/ ADMA approval preferably and Shall be Qualified with Computer Based Testing** **(CBT) in PID: Electrical Inspector discipline. its Mantory**

Inspect the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules

and the collection of Quality Records.

2. QCI Ensures the performance of supervisory activities, inspection and technical assistance for the operations pertaining to the relevant construction discipline during offshore pipeline/ cable and hook up installation activities.

3. Conduct frequent Quality surveillance site visits to ensure customer requirements are followed.

4. Review request for inspection(RFI) and supporting documents for correctness & completeness prior to issuing RFI to client

5. Witness Inspections and tests in accordance with applicable SATIP or approved ITP, verify the Electrical inspection reports and validating the results.

6. Report to the Quality control supervisor about non-conformance and observations noticed during the site surveillance visit and scheduled Electrical related inspections.

7. Conduct Quality tool box talks to address the potential Quality issues found during site surveillance visits and inspections.

8. Maintain inspection status, RFI Log and Quality Records for future reference, retrieval and client submittal.

9. Witness corrective action

10. Conducting Material receiving inspection for the incoming Electrical related materials in the site.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To prepare Preliminary’s MTO, material Receiving

2. To review the Construction drawings.

3. To prepare Site Survey Report

4. To identify any material short fall during the execution of the project.

5. To-coordinate with engineering consultant for As-Built drawings.
