**Job Summary**:
The QC Inspector is responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products for a company. This includes performing inspections, analyzing measurements, and ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document any product defects or non-conformities, and report them to the QC Supervisor or relevant department.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and generate quality reports.
- Perform sample testing and measurements using appropriate tools (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges).
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Assist in root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audit processes as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration of inspection instruments and tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role in [mention relevant industry].
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO, Six Sigma, or GMP (depending on industry).
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and report generation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Quality Assurance or related training.
- Experience with ERP or quality management systems.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
