**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Performing clerical duties such as answering phones, typing documents, and filing paperwork.**:
- **Keeping records of meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence of various departments.**:
- **Maintaining company records and files and ensuring they remain up-to-date.**:
- **Preparing essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication.**:
- **Acting as the organizational receptionist and receiving calls and guests.**:
- **Assisting with office management.**:
- **Making travel arrangements.**
- **Managing Office Supplies.**
- **Handling confidential documents.**
- **Organizing files.**
- **Answering and directing inquiries.**
- **Handle guests who visit the office.**
- **Housekeeping, Safety & Facility Management.**:
- **Greet guests, customers, and employees.**:
- **Provide information to visitors, clients, and employees.**:
- **Assists in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.**:
- **Maintains and updates files, records, and databases for quick and easy search.**
- **Managing Transactions related to electronic devices.**
**Required Skills for Admin Executive**
- **Communication skills; Your ability to communicate information in both written and verbal forms is very important to an administrative executive profile.**:
- **Time management to make effective and productive use of your time.**:
- **Organizational Skills: As an administrator, or executive, you should plan and divide your time between different activities to do more in less time.**:
- **Multitasking to accomplish a variety of tasks simultaneously.**:
- **Client service skills to meet client needs and provide a positive experience.**:
- **Computer skills like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.**:
