1st Round Interview - Metle Test

Position Requirements:

- B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. in EC, EEE,CS Branch.
- 4-6 years of experience in Automation.
- At least 4 yrs hands-on scripting (automation) experience in python
- Test complete Automation Testing
- Excellent aptitude and reasoning with understanding of Software Testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Expertise in implementing Test Automation using languages like Python, and tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG
- Experience on testing RESTful Web services API automation using REST Assured
- Experience in Functional, Integration, System and Regression testing with cross browsers or products
- AWS Cloud Experience, AWS DevOps ex: CodePipeline, CodeBuild added advantage.
- Hands on experience with AWS Services like VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS/SNS, Lambda added advantage.
- Exposure to Git, Jenkins Tools
- Knowledge on Appium
- App Automation and SQL Database added advantage.
- Clear communication skills to work closely with stakeholders on Sprint/Testing strategy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to prioritize, influence and persuade, without direct control.
- Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Position Responsibility:

- To design, develop, manage and implement core features in Automation Framework for Web/App/API using Selenium, Appium, TestNG.
- Developed and executed comprehensive test plans and workforce breakdown structures for complete systems.
- Written and maintained automation scripts to increase system efficiency and performance time.
- Work with product and cross teams to collaborate and suggest appropriate changes with deep understanding of the product benefiting the end users.
- Define test strategy to deliver bug free products with development of automated test strategies with defined measurable metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to Design, Plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
- Expertise in handling automation using any open-source tool.
- Reporting, follow-up, Bug tracking and risks and escalations management.
- Participate and demonstrate expertise in Automation strategy along with contribution in framework development.
- Strive for excellence constantly to deliver quality product and test faster thought process.
- Participate to develop associates on best practices surrounding quality.
- Review, maintain and improve current automated software test methodologies and processes.
- Focus on establishing a Test Pyramid model for automation.
- Collaborate with product and cross teams in an agile environment and suggest appropriate changes with deep understanding of the product benefiting the end users.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
