Purchase Bill Entries / Vendor Ledger Scrutiny/ Sampler Query
- All purchase bills to be punched on weekly basis.
- Booking of expenses under accurate expense heads and amount.
- Reconciliation of Purchase bills with PO.
- Payment of Utility Bills
- Amounts to be verified and booked under proper/Correct expense head.
- Payments to be made before due date.
- Payment to Vendors / Samplers Advances:

- Verifying the Invoices for Due dates of payments and uploading the same on the site for online payment.
- Verifying the Expenses received and paying the advances and expenses through Enet Banking.
- Bank Receipts & Payment Entries, Bank Reconciliation
- Submission of Data for MIS & Cash Flow
- To update the actual and variance on monthly basis
- Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow by the 10th of the Month.
- Statutory Data Extraction ( TDS, GST Audit & Return data preparation):

- Preparation and Maintenance of Return data of various Tax compliance (TDS, GST).
- GSTR 2 input credit reconciliation with purchases in books
- Other Statements as per requirements:

- Monthly Air Statement, Branch wise costing submitting Data extraction to the seniors
- Any other required statements as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
