Includes the below listed but not limited to
- Manage and maintain the Office365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Provide network and user support for all hardware and software issues
- Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment including site collections, sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions
- Manage and maintain Intune MDM, including device enrollment, configuration, and security policies
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of IT projects

Knowledge and Skills:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Office365, SharePoint, and Intune MDM
- Experience with networking and user support
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
