Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
The role holder is expected to continue to manage Investment Operations, Trust Operations and Portfolio Management services for PB India.

What will you be doing?
- Support Trust fiduciary services operation offered by Barclays Wealth Trust and PMS Operations for all products offered by Barclays Wealth PMS and
- Ensure BAU is performed as per the SLA and in controlled manner to avoid any errors or audit observations.
- Provide end to end operational support to Trust FO which includes Trust client on-boarding, transaction execution, distribution to beneficiaries, recording of transactions in back office system, structure closures etc.
- Co-ordination with the external Tax Advisor, Trust Advisory Team and Front office in ensuring timely recording of trade details and settlements.
- Ensure various Regulatory returns of Trust (Trust and PMS (Advance tax computation, Self assessment tax, TDS returns etc) are filled accurately and timely manner.) and, Audit, disclosure doc etc. are filled accurately and timely manner.
- Accountable for managing trusteeship billing & supporting escrow transactions.
- Reconciliations for Trust accounts are performed on daily basis and breaks are reported appropriately to ORC.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of Audits of Trust clients.
- Support product/Business management team in setting up operational process for new products.
- Recommend and Develop solutions on Process improvement and reoccurring issues within operational groups.
- Ensuring and Adherence to Risk Management and Control framework and AML guidelines. Also ensure segregation of client money and assets properly maintained.

What we’re looking for:
Academic and professional qualifications
- CA/ICWAI or equivalent
- Strong communication, inter-personal, public speaking and leadership skills.
- 5 or more years’ experience in a Managerial Role.
