**Job Title: AR Fresher - Voice Process**

**Process**: Accounts Receivable (AR) - Voice Process
**Shift Timing**: Fixed Night Shift (6:00pm - 3:00am)
**Working Days**: 5 days a week
**Week Off**: Saturday/Sunday fixed off
**Age Limit**: Up to 35 years

**Eligibility**:

- Graduates/Undergraduates (freshers) are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills required

**Drop Facility**: No pick-up. Home drop will be provided

**Note**: Work from office only. Immediate joining required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle accounts receivable inquiries over the phone
- Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Graduates or undergraduates (freshers) are eligible to apply
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fixed night shift
- Willingness to work from office at Turbhe location
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy
