**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Visual Content Creation**:

- Design **posters, banners, flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials** for movies, events, and broadcasting projects.
- Develop **visual elements for video content**, including **title sequences, lower thirds, overlays, and infographics**.
- Work on **digital advertisements, event presentations, and merchandise designs**.

**2. Tamil & English Typography & Branding**:

- **Expertise in Tamil font handling, typography, and design layouts** for print and digital media.
- Ensure **high-quality Tamil and English designs** for movie posters, banners, and social media promotions.
- Adapt designs to **match Tamil audience preferences and industry standards**.

**3. Motion Graphics & UI/UX (Preferred but Not Mandatory)**:

- Create **motion graphics and animated visuals** for digital content.
- Work on **basic UI/UX designs** for websites, apps, and interactive media.

**4. Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with **video editors, production teams, and marketing teams** to ensure a cohesive visual style.
- Coordinate with **printers, vendors, and digital platforms** for high-quality output.

**5. Innovation & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated with **design trends, tools, and software advancements**.
- Experiment with **new design techniques** to enhance visual appeal.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree in any field** (preferably in **Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field**).
**Preferred Certification/Diploma in**:

- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- Motion Graphics & Animation
- UI/UX Design
- Digital Media Arts
- **2+ years of experience**:

- in visual design, preferably in
- **broadcasting, film production, or event management**:

- . Proficiency in
- **Adobe Creative Suite**

(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). **Strong knowledge of Tamil typography and font usage** for both print and digital media. Experience working with **Unicode Tamil fonts, Tamil calligraphy, and design layouts**. Knowledge of **motion graphics and animation** is a plus. Strong **visual storytelling and typography skills**. Ability to work under **tight deadlines** and manage multiple projects. Excellent **attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills**.
