**About the job**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Creative Vision: Conceptualize and pre-visualize multimedia content, ensuring that ideas are effectively translated into compelling visual narratives.

2. Project Planning: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, creating detailed project plans and schedules.

3. Camera Handling: Possess basic camera handling skills for capturing high-quality video footage and images when necessary.

4. Software Proficiency: Utilise a range of multimedia software tools, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, and other online creative softwares.

5. 3D Multimedia: Develop an interest and willingness to work with 3D software such as Blender, Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, and more for VR, AR, and Metaverse content creation.

6. AI Integration: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and adopt AI software to enhance the creativity and efficiency of multimedia content production.

7. Multitasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project adheres to timelines and quality standards.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and content team, including designers, editors, and writers, to bring projects to life.

9. Team Player: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in multimedia production, film, design, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in multimedia production with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI software and its integration into multimedia production.
- Basic camera handling skills for capturing visual content.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
- An interest in 3D software and a willingness to learn tools like Blender, Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, and more for VR, AR, and Metaverse content creation.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
