Role Overview:
The Design & Multimedia Executive supports the Group Marketing Office by producing high-quality visual and video content from social media graphics and corporate decks to reels and motion graphics. The role demands agility, precision, and strong mastery of multimedia tools, combining visual storytelling with brand alignment across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually engaging content — LinkedIn banners, post templates, infographics, reels, and decks.
- Conceptualize, edit, and produce short-form videos and motion graphics for social media and corporate use.
- Work closely with content and digital teams to translate strategy and ideas into impactful visual outputs.
- Maintain visual identity and brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Use AI tools for design automation, image generation, video enhancement, and quick prototyping.
- Support event and campaign visuals under tight deadlines with creative efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication.
- 3+ years of professional experience in both graphic and video design (corporate or agency).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with typography, layout, color theory, and motion graphics principles.
- Ability to manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
