**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding telecom services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication throughout interactions.
- Document call details and update the CRM system accurately.
- Meet daily performance targets like customer satisfaction, response time, and quality.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**:

- SSC + 3 Years Diploma
- HSC + 3 Years Diploma
- **Age Limit**: 21 to 32 years
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working in a **US rotational shift**.
- Should be customer-oriented and a good problem-solver.

**Work Details**:

- **Shift Timing**: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Any 9-hour shift)
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week
- **Week Off**: 2 rotational offs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
